The fleeces are going fast!  We NO longer have L1, L5, L6, L7, L8, L9, L10, E1, E3, E10, E16 or E31.  There are still many great choices left though.  Email me at keeli.muscha@hotmail.com.

2017 Fleece for Sale

We sheared in early April, and we have fleeces for sale again.  We got very positive feedback from our customers last year!  These fleeces are one full year of growth.  The fleeces that start with an E are from our ewes and the L numbers are last year's lambs.  We also had one Jacob sheep from a trade so it has a J. The R fleece is our ram, and his fleece is nice but a bit stinky.  I am assuming it will wash up fine, but you can decide if you are interested.  All fleeces have been skirted and large vegetable matter was picked out.  If the fleeces are being picked up in Miles City, MT they are $10 each.  If they are being shipped they are $17 each to cover the shipping, vacuum bags, and extra labor.  Thanks for looking!  Email me at keeli.muscha@hotmail.com if you are interested.

We recently sold #s 4, 10, and 17.  We have heard very positive feedback, and we are thrilled that the fleeces will be used to make beautiful products. 

Update on Wool For Sale

Wool For Sale!

We officially have Shetland wool for sale!  Each fleece is numbered for convenience.  We had originally stated we were selling the wool for $5/lb but we have decided to sell the whole fleeces for $10 each.  Each fleece is approximately 2-2.5 lbs and has been skirted.  Email keeli.muscha@hotmail.com to purchase wool.  We are located in Miles City, MT and we would prefer you to pick up your fleeces.  If necessary we will discuss shipping fleeces.  Thanks for looking!

Spring Shearing Time

We are getting ready to shear 6 ewes and 20 lambs.  We are planning on selling the fleeces for the first time, and it is sure a learning process.  We are making some great connections though, and we will get it all figured out soon.  Here are a couple of photos to give you an idea of colors available.

We will be skirting all fleeces and cleaning out any large vegetable matter if present.  We are selling the wool at $5/lb.  We are hoping to get the wool into the hands of Montana spinners and then get feedback on its quality.  We hope to improve our quality as we go.
